Lumina Studio (“we”, “our”, or “the Service”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Summary

Most of Lumina Studio’s features (image resizing, compression, social media fitting) run entirely in your browser. Your images are never uploaded to our servers. Only the optional AI image generation feature sends a text prompt to a third-party service.

2. Information We Collect

• Local storage data — We store your generation quota count and cookie preference in your browser’s localStorage. This data never leaves your device.
• AI generation prompts — When you use the AI Image Studio, the text prompt you enter is sent to a third-party image rendering service (Pollinations.ai) to generate the image. We do not store these prompts on our own servers.
• Feedback messages — If you submit feedback through the in-app form, your message is sent via FormSubmit to the developer’s email. Do not include sensitive personal information.
• Usage analytics & advertising — We use third-party advertising networks (e.g. Adsterra / related partners) that may set cookies or collect anonymized usage data to serve relevant ads and measure performance.

3. Cookies & Local Storage

We use a simple cookie consent banner. When you accept, we store a flag in localStorage so the banner does not reappear. Advertising partners may set their own cookies. You can clear cookies and localStorage at any time through your browser settings.

4. How We Use Information

• To provide and improve the Service

• Pollinations.ai — AI image generation (receives your text prompt)

• CDN providers (e.g. Tailwind CSS CDN) — Static assets

6. Data Retention

We do not store your images or prompts on our servers. LocalStorage data remains on your device until you clear it. Feedback emails are retained only as long as needed to respond.

7. Children’s Privacy

Lumina Studio is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Your Rights & Choices

• Clear localStorage and cookies at any time via your browser
• Decline the cookie banner (some features may still work)
• Avoid using the AI generation feature if you do not want prompts sent to a third party
• Contact us with any privacy-related questions via the in-app feedback form

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
